TERMS OF
TRADING It is agreed that the buyer will buy and the seller MCA SECURITY SERVICE
LTD
hereinafter known as the company will sell,
and both will abide by the terms of this agreement.
TERMS
OF PAYMENTPAYMENT
ON COMPLETION (cash/cheque/bank transfer unless otherwise agreed by the company in writing).
The goods supplied shall remain the property
of the company until paid in full. In the circumstances defined in this
condition, the company shall be entitled immediately after giving notice of its
intention to repossess, to enter upon the premises of the buyer and repossess
any goods or products it has title to hereunder.
Nothing in this condition shall confer a
right upon the buyer to return the goods sold hereunder or to refuse or to
delay payment thereof, unless agreed by the company in writing.
Any damaged caused by the companies’ servants
or agents during repossession shall be the liability of the buyer.
INSTALLATION Every care is taken in the installation of
equipment and during inspection of customers premises and the company accept
responsibility for any claim resulting from damages thereby caused to customers
property, buildings, fittings, furnishing, furniture, decorations etc, up to an
amount not exceeding the quoted cost of such installation.
PRICES All quotations are valid for a period of
fifty days otherwise prices are subject to those ruling on date of delivery,
all quotations are based on normal working hours ie: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Monday to Friday, for the purpose of a quotation it is assumed that access to a
customers premises will be available to the employees of the company during
normal working hours, If such employees are prevented from completing an
installation due to the closure of such premises during normal working hours
then the company reserve the right to make an additional charge for the
additional time involved.
ADDITIONAL
WORK Where
the quotation includes the cost of installation, this has been priced according
to the standard procedure of the company, The cost of any variation in such
procedure or additional work required by a customer shall be treated as an
increase in the price quoted for which an additional estimate will be given at
the request of the customer, in the event of delays arising in the completion
of an installation due to stoppage or delays in part of a contractor or sub contractor engaged by or
on behalf of a customer then the company reserve the right to make additional
charge for the additional time involved unless otherwise agreed in writing with
the customer.
DELIVERY The company will make every effort to effect
delivery as soon after receipt of an order as is possible but cannot accept any
responsibility whatsoever for delays arising in connection with any
installation.
LIABILITY The customer will take necessary steps to
minimise false alarms, it is the customers responsibility to test the system on
a regular basis and to report to the company any defect forthwith,
The customer will be responsible for any
charges made by the police or fire brigade howsoever caused,
In the case of intruder alarms the customer
determines the level of security he or she requires, the customer on setting
the system can select or deselect any zones to suit their purpose and can reset
the system at will, therefore it would be unreasonable for the company to have
a liability for the efficacy of the system in any given circumstance when the
company has only the word of the customer not substantiated by proof.
Systems are installed to comply with British
Standards using the highest quality materials and are thoroughly tested before
handover to the customer.
Only when systems are connected to a central
monitoring station or an event recorder is installed whereby all opening and
closing and deselected zones are electronically monitored to the satisfaction
of the company can a liability be assumed,
Where Digital Communicators are installed and
connected to a central monitoring station via a British Telecom or Mercury
Communications line the company cannot be held responsible for the failure of
such lines to transmit the signal.
The company will not be liable for any
consequential damage or expenses or liability to third parties incurred by the
customer,
The company will indemnify the company
against any third-party claims and costs arising out of the subject matter of
this agreement.
SECURITY
SEALS Where PVC security seals are fitted to the
control unit and or associated equipment the customer should check these are
not broken before switching the system on.
Where seals are broken the company reserve
the right to insist on a full examination with a mechanical and electronic
check on all equipment and devices fitted by the company before a new seal is
affixed,
The company will accept no liability for any
theft or damage howsoever caused if the seals fitted by the company are found
to be broken.
GUARANTEES
During the period of 12 months following the
date of the completion of the installation the company undertake to replace
free of charge any faulty or defective equipment fitted by the company.
VARIATIONS No variations or cancellation of these
conditions or any of them shall be binding unless in writing signed on behalf
of the company by senior management,
In the light of changing technology in the
electronics field by company reserve the right to alter terms from time to
time,
Up to date copies of the company’s terms of
trading and conditions of sale can be freely obtained upon application to the
office at the address overleaf.
WAYLEAVES
The customer shall be responsible for
obtaining all wayleaves but may be necessary to install the equipment to the
requirements of the company and the satisfaction of the customer.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of the installation is on an
annual basis and charged according to the size and type of installation,
ON THE SIGNING OF THIS CONTRACT IT IS AGREED
THAT THE COMPANY WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR AN ALARM SYSTEM THAT IS NOT
MAINTAINED BY THE COMPANY.

We reserve the right to terminate any project we are working on without any deposit being refunded. Any package or service may have limitations and maybe or are template based with only two revisons relating to design and layout unless agreed otherwise. You may also need to consider that we may oblige you with further revisions under these packages with addtional costs or at our discretion and we reserve the right to withdraw any further work on any website or project at anytime, any revisions will delay the website launch. We do not offer with any packages any website launch dates or time scales for completion of your website. Any deposits you pay upfront for any package provding we have carried out work already will not be refundable should you wish not to proceed further with the creation of your website with us. Any other addtional functions can be requested while the website is in construction but can be liable to addtional cost, although we may offer such request Free of charge at our discretion.
